Fill in your building information in the provided columns.

Save your file and upload it in the "New Plan" tab.

Column Requirements

Required Information

Floor

Building floor number or name

Examples: 1, 2, Ground, Penthouse

Suite

Suite number or identifier

Examples: 101, Suite A, North Wing

Tenant

Company name or "Vacant" for empty spaces

Examples: ABC Corp, Law Firm LLC, Vacant

Square Footage

Suite size for proper chart proportions

Examples: 1500, 2800, 450

Optional Information

Lease Expiration

Lease end date or year

Examples: 2025, 12/31/2026, 03/15/2028

ROFR Encumbered

Add "1" for suites with ROFR obligations

Result: Red square symbol appears

ROFR Rights

Add "1" for tenants with ROFR rights

Result: Blue square symbol appears

Pro Tips

  • Mark ROFR cells with "1" only - leave others blank
  • Use "Vacant" for empty spaces
  • Square footage determines suite box sizes
  • Keep tenant names concise for clean charts
  • Both ROFR columns can be "1" on the same suite

Here's how your Excel data should look with column headers:

How to Use This Tool

1. Prepare Excel File

Required columns: Floor, Suite, Tenant, Expiration Year, Square Footage (optional)

2. Upload & Generate

Upload Excel file in "New Plan" tab - creates professional chart with floors, suites, and color-coded lease expirations

3. Customize

Adjust colors, building name, and logo positioning

4. Save & Export

Save to dashboard or export as PNG/PDF for presentations
